The staff were incredibly helpful and their English-speaking skills were impressive. The level of service provided was excellent, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning services. The room itself was extremely comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the attention to detail with soundproofed rooms and a hairdryer provided. The continental breakfast served in the dining area was delicious and something to look forward to every morning.
